What this hub is for

Train Sim World 7 is a single-player cab sim. Each locomotive is tied to a route add-on, an edition, or a later download. Use this hub to see what sits in Standard, what Deluxe adds for five days of early access from 10 September 2026, and what Ultimate carries over from Train Sim World 6 Deluxe. Full launch is 15 September 2026.

For maps and stations, start at the routes hub. For SKUs, open the editions comparison. For how to sit in a cab on night one, use getting started. This page is the catalogue: which train, which country, which purchase.

How stock is bundled

Standard Edition is three new route add-ons plus their included trains. Deluxe is Standard plus three extra locomotives that layer onto those same maps. Ultimate is Deluxe plus a bundle of older Deluxe routes and locos. Free Starter is the Training Center only; after 15 September you can buy the core routes and Deluxe locos separately if you do not want a boxed edition.

That split matters when you search this wiki. Standard locomotives lists everything you get without paying the Deluxe premium. Deluxe locomotives is the overview; dedicated pages cover the Northern Class 333, Tri-Rail GP49H-3, and DB BR 412 ICE 4. Do not treat Deluxe as a reskin pack. Each extra cab adds diagrams, and ICE 4 adds a second generation of high-speed traffic on Nürnberg–Würzburg.

United Kingdom core stock

Airedale & Wharfedale is the Yorkshire commuter web: Leeds and Bradford out to Skipton and Ilkley, plus the Rylstone quarry branch and Neville Hill. Player traction is the Northern Class 331 in both 331/0 and 331/1 lengths. Express overlay comes from the LNER Class 801 Azuma. Freight is a DB red Class 66 with the new HYA limestone hopper on the quarry flow. JNA aggregate boxes and PCA cement tanks also sit in the core so extra freight diagrams are not locked behind a wagon pack.

If you want the classic fishbowl cab on the same metals, that is Deluxe: sixteen Class 333 units, rebuilt as four-car sets, covering Skipton shuttles, Bradford runs, and Ilkley locals. Standard players still have a complete Northern diagram without it. Read the UK cabs in detail on standard locomotives.

United States core stock

Florida Tri-Rail is the first Florida route in the series: Miami Airport to Boca Raton. Passenger power is the BL36PH in Palm Tree and dark blue, with the F40PH-3C as the older substitute. Rotem cars and cab cars wear the same two liveries. Freight is CSX: SD40-2 and GP38-2 in Yn3b, plus the Dura-Max rock hopper for stone work around the Miami suburbs.

Deluxe layers the GP49H-3, a rebuilt Norfolk Southern Geep with head-end power, kept as backup after the BL36PH arrived. Standard already has a full commuter-plus-freight roster; the Geep is extra passenger and work-train flavour, not the only way to leave Miami Airport.

Germany core stock

Bahnstrecke Nürnberg–Würzburg is the long mixed corridor. Regional express work sits on the DB BR 440. Nürnberg S-Bahn and a large slice of stopping traffic sit on the BR 442. Long-distance Standard traction is the BR 401 ICE 1. Freight, and a handful of odd passenger diagrams, sit on the BR 193 Vectron in DB red.

Deluxe is the BR 412 ICE 4 in 12-car and 13-car forms, the most requested German train in Train Sim World. It does not replace ICE 1; it adds a later generation and extra ICE paths. Standard players still have high-speed work. If ICE 4 is the reason you are here, compare editions before you buy and read deluxe locomotives.

Ultimate carry-over traction

Ultimate does not invent a fourth core route. It bundles selected Train Sim World 6 Deluxe pieces: Riviera Line, CrossCountry Class 220, Leipzig–Dresden, Nahverkehr Dresden, DB BR 294, Morristown Line, and NJ Transit ALP-45DP. Treat those as a back-catalogue starter, not as TSW7 launch heroes. They layer through compatible content rules: Steam can use that library during early access; consoles wait for full launch.

Which cab to sit in first

Pick a country, then a cab that matches the skill you want. Yorkshire Class 331 is doors and short dwells; add the Class 66 when you want limestone without a new map. Florida BL36PH is diesel heat and double-deck cars; CSX is the yard job. Bavaria BR 440 is regional speed and PZB; ICE 1 is the Standard high-speed set if you skipped Deluxe.

Leave beginner controls on until setup is no longer the thing that stops you. After a few passenger diagrams, Freight Hauler lets you marshal wagons on a core route without a scripted briefing. Keyboard and pad bindings live on the controls reference.

Do not try ICE 4, a CSX yard, and a Skipton stopper in one evening. Install, train, then pick one country.

Setup order is on how to download Train Sim World 7. Early-access times sit on the launch page. Partner add-ons after 15 September, starting with the Tadami Line on 29 September 2026, sit on the roadmap. Game-mode tiles are in game modes. Standard is three countries of playable traction; Deluxe is three extra cabs on those same maps; Ultimate is a TSW6 Deluxe bundle on top.
